Ha Ha, that is too funny! Guess the neighborhood wont have to question why he is moving?
Oh my, that is classic greatness! Thanks for sharing and thanks for the laugh. I really love it :)
Hilarious! Yes, that sign is probably a big red flag! Thanks for the laugh!
Ha, I can relate.. I've got a neighbor that I wish would move.. cause HE'S the A hole.
Talk about curb appeal!!! Way too funny! Not so funny for the seller who is cutting off his nose to spite his face!
I might have a different opinion on who may be the a-----e :)
Thats one way to start a conversation. The owner isn't as much interested in selling their home as they are in pissing off their neighbor. Either way its pretty funny.
Tere - even in the land of free speech I can see a neighbor contemplating a slander suit
I actually saw a similar sign in person, but it didn't refer to selling. It just said "The guy across the street is a jerk." Made me wonder why the guy across the street didn't sue him. Or maybe he did. And that's why he's a jerk.
I've seen several pictures of signs like this. But never in person. I wonder if they think this is an effective way to sell. I don't think a buyer would want to live next to that neighbor. LOL!
So did the sign work?
Or just piss off the neighbor :)
your friend in Charlottesville
Oh my....and I am sure that improved their relationship with their neighbors, too!
All buyers have to do is their due diligence and find out why.

Pretty funny....I actually got this in a email last week. Hope you have a great day!
What a great sign. We all have felt like putting this out on occasion. The only problem it doesn't help the situation.
Now that is what I call full disclosure. Great picture!
