Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk: FSBO - Help me get out of here!

FSBO - Help me get out of here!

FUNNY FSBO sign

I got such a big laugh when I saw this that I couldn't pass it up.  I have to admit that once, I moved because of the neighbors, so I can relate.  But, if the first thing you tell your potential buyers is that the neighbors are *&*)*__*&*^**%  Who is going to buy?

Ha Ha, that is too funny! Guess the neighborhood wont have to question why he is moving?

Talk about curb appeal!!!  Way too funny!  Not so funny for the seller who is cutting off his nose to spite his face!

I might have a different opinion on who may be the a-----e :)

Thats one way to start a conversation.  The owner isn't as much interested in selling their home as they are in pissing off their neighbor.  Either way its pretty funny.

Tere - even in the land of free speech I can see a neighbor contemplating a slander suit

I actually saw a similar sign in person, but it didn't refer to selling. It just said "The guy across the street is a jerk."  Made me wonder why the guy across the street didn't sue him. Or maybe he did. And that's why he's a jerk.

I've seen several pictures of signs like this. But never in person. I wonder if they think this is an effective way to sell. I don't think a buyer would want to live next to that neighbor. LOL!

So did the sign work?

Or just piss off the neighbor :)

Oh my....and I am sure that improved their relationship with their neighbors, too!

All buyers have to do is their due diligence and find out why.

What a great sign. We all have felt like putting this out on occasion.  The only problem it doesn't help the situation.
