Located on North Landing Road, it's close proximity to Oceana Naval Air Station, the Virginia Beach Municipal Center, the Chesapeake Municipal Center to name a few localities make the Homes for sale in Courthouse Estates: Virginia Beach, VA fit the description of Location, location, location when considering the purchase of real estate.

The neighborhood started in 1995 on what used to be farm land and homes are still being built today. Courthouse Estates consists of fifteen (15) villages with over 1100 single family homes.
