Norview - Norfolk VA - Neighborhood Information - Homes for Sale is a middle class neighborhood centrally located in Norfolk. The neighborhood includes Norfolk Gardens, Brandon Place and Norview Heights. It is next to Interstate 64, so the Norfolk Naval base is within minutes and it makes this neighborhood popular with young military families. Homes started being built in the early 1900's and there are a few original homes left. Because new homes have been built continuously during the past century the architecture in the neighborhood is interesting. Small 
cottages with ample backyards and wide streets make this a neighborhood a pleasant drive.
